Placing an order
Once you have selected your desired items and have checked out, you will be directed to our secure online payment service where you will be required to enter your payment details. Your jewellery will be dispatched as soon as we have received full payment from you and it is ready. An email will be sent confirming your order and again when your item has been dispatched.
Delivery
UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail first class signed for at the cost of £4.55. A signature is required upon receipt.
As most pieces are made to order, please allow up to 21 days (depending on the piece) from order to delivery. If you require your order sooner please contact me and I’ll do my best to expedite it for you.
All UK orders over £100 are sent via Royal Mail special delivery and are FREE
International Orders
International orders are sent via Airsure at the cost of £15 per order. A signature is required upon receipt. Customers are reponsible for the payment of international duties and taxes prior to or upon receipt of their package.
Returns
I hope you love your piece, but should you wish to return it please ensure that it is returned in its original condition & packaging, unused, unworn within 30 days of receipt.
Email Customer service at By Virtue with the name of the piece you are returning along with your reason for returning it. Returns for a refund or an exchange (unless the item(s) are faulty) are subject to delivery charges and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they use a secure method such as Special Delivery when returning their item(s) as we will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items being returned.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept earrings as returns unless they are faulty. Customised and personalised pieces are non - exchangeable and non refundable.
